We have been very busy with proms in Orlando, much more so than last year. Maybe the economy is indeed picking up and we thank all of our old clients as well as our new clients.
We take great pride in our service and the special packages we offer to our clients. Our goal is to be better than the next company, although most people will not know this until they travel with us. It is so hard to get that across the phone.
We hope that our name resonates from our clients to everyone they know, so that they will know how much we care about our customers. Most companies look at each run as a dollar figure. We want to make money too however, our customers always get the absolute best treatment!

I needed a reservation for the next day. The lady who talked to me on the phone was friendly and very helpful. She walked me through the process and they made an exception to their 48 hour notice. The driver was also friendly and it was nice to know that our transportation needs were taken care of. I also liked that the price included a typical tip so the guessing was removed. Although I am sure the driver will always appreciate an extra trip . . . At a time when the time was hectic and their was some anxiety about being in a new place, a friendly, on time service is very helpful! Thanks Joanie!
We are back from our trip and I've had a few days to recover, LOL! As usual, Pinnefort treated us like queens and was everything I hoped for to treat my friend...and myself of course. It was fun to see him and enjoy the special treatment without my kids as we could joke a little more as adults, haha! I told Pinnefort, I think the next time I want him to be on the cruise with me! He is a riot but at the same time maintains his class. What a wonderful gentleman! I'm so spoiled now. Everything was perfect and I am including some pics so you can see how much fun Eryn had, and also I got some great pics of the car and a fabulous one (I think) of Pinnefort in front of the car.

Please accept my apologies for not having contacted youearlier. When I
finally landed back in England, we had moved house(co-ordinated from my
disney hotel room!) and have had so much to sort outand get straight.
Then I lost my lap top battery cable and so couldn't usemy lap top, I
had a lot of things to catch up with and I'm just so sorrythat it has
taken me this long to get back to you.
I wanted to thankyou for the excellent service we had using your
company and hiring thatamazing vehicle to take us to and from the
airport! The Driver was anabsolute delight and the whole family got a
real kick out of people hangingout of the windows to stare at our Rolls
Royce Limo! We felt like royalty. You were amazingly helpful to us,
constantly changing the date and time ofour departure at the shortest
of notice, at that stressfull time, madeeverything so much easier for
us. It was a very strange position to be in,stranded due to a volcano
in Iceland and we had lots of problems with othercompanies we had to
deal with at the same time, so to have someone on theend of the phone,
who just said 'that's fine Joanne, we can do that' wasjust so
refreshing and gave us one less thing to worry about.
Ireally wanted to just thank you, Janice, for all the help you gave
us. Wehave told EVERYONE that if they go over there, they must use
this companyand still have your cards which we have handed out to
people. I would havebeen lost without you and I am so grateful to have
had your friendly andhelpful voice just taking the stress out of the
travel arrangements to theairport. I know other companies would not
have been able to live up to yourstandards.

Then our groom stepped forward and secretly enlisted our assistance to find a Rolls Limo as surprise wedding gift for his bride.
How fortunate we were to find this company and the wonderful people there.
Janice is a wedding consultants dream come true...she did everything she had to do and more, to make this groom's surprise gift to his bride happen. I had forgotten all about the knight in shining armor and had come to believe there was no such thing; then Bill came to pick me up at the airport. My life had been uprooted by an abusive husband who gets his kicks from picking on people he professes to love.
Well, the old goat probably messed his pants when he saw Bill. Exuding an air of confidence and know how, Bill stayed and jumped my car- a few times- and saw me safely to I-95. Because of this man's easy confidence the Beast would not dare become confrontational. It was not so much the words Bill said but the ernest approach to my problem with the car and protective nature that shamed my soon to be ex-husband. So kudos to Bill and your company. Consider yourselves the only game in town next time I need transportation!
